Reminds me a bit of a Frenchman in New York who walked tight rope, and decided to do it in between the towers of the World Trade Center.
He was detained by security upon completion of said feat, and while he was handcuffed in an interrogation room, he picked the cuffs, ever so gently removed the security guard's hat while he was filling out paper work, and balances it on his nose.

It gets better. The dude also kind of panhandled by taking money people gave him during his performances in central park (some cats strum guitas for money, he did tightrope xD)
His court ordered sentence was that he had to conduct his central park performances for children, and was mandated not to accept any form of compensation whatsoever from anybody, as his community service, lasting the rest of his life as far I know! :P
