This variation on the Modular Lion is Buck LeSabre, /smilodon fatalis/, popularly known as a sabre-tooth tiger. I felt like doing something new for the 2002 Erie Zoo parade, and the idea came to me after seeing Diego from the movie 'Ice Age.' He uses the Modular Lion's paws, feet and pants. His head and tail were made just for the project.
