It's just, before I get involved in a species, I like to know all the ins and outs, and I don't like having opposing ideas with the creator of the species ... about the species. It makes me feel like I'm only taking part to please the person who created and loves the species... instead of me loving the species myself and wanting to be a part of it. You know?

I'm making a list of my questions and grievances, which isn't very long and in no way is meant to insult you or anything... but I'm trying to word it right so it doesn't turn into a debate or insult, since I know you love the species and I want to love it too.

When I'm done, I'm probably gonna be a pseudo-expert on this species... and I'll probably make the most bookish version of a Laterius there can ever be... >_> Just because. But she'll still be a sex addict. I'm not against sex, silly kitty~!!!

Ok, here's my questions and comments about the Laterius right now:

1. Tail gets unphysically-possible huge... just seems gratuitous, since there's no reason for it really...
2. "This species is also know to be very smart, and to be fully mentally developed within a few days, rather then many years like other species." How can that be? You can't learn everything you need to know within a few days.
3. "They are considered fully mentally developed after 3-5 days, and can take care of themselves from there on out. Their base intellect is around the I.Q. of 150." This just isn't feasible.
4. When do they reach puberty exactly? Like, when do they start breeding? 11-13?
5. How often do they go into heat? It lasts from 24-48 hours, but how often? And the main reason creatures go into heat is to mate, so why is it the opposite for the Laterius?
