So I had my wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it emergency removed yesterday (because it came in sideways and shattered the tooth next to it and they both got infected) and now I'm high on pain killers and high me has had alot to say about steven universe

Here is a collection of stuff

Can we all take a moment to appreciate how cute Peridot is

She kinda reminds me of the green big eyed aliens you saw everywhere in the 90s

She also reminds me of myself in a way

She is awkward and has a hard time understanding emotions and ways to communicate

But she does try her best to understand others

And she's very analytical and good at her job

But obsessed over the pieces of entertainment that make her happy

Ie camp pining hearts and her official twitter that are all canon tweets

And she does learn to love

She mimics people she looks up to like steven and amethyst

And she genuinely feels happy when others mimic her like garnet does

And praising her makes her very happy

I said all this in messenger to Noriaki I guess pain killers high me was having steven universe feels
High me also had alot to say about jasper last night apparently which is no surprise since I love this character so much

Here is what high me had to say about jasper and the future of her character :

jasper is an old war hero she fought against rose quartz and once she gets reformed she can offer steven a new light on who his mother truly was from an outsiders point of view

And this probably wouldn't happen but since she's a giant woman warrior what if greg falls in love with her and she becomes over protective step mom jasper

Shenanigans!

But actually I hope she falls in love with pearl and gives her the love she deserves she's very much pearls type too

I also like the idea of her being with Peridot because that would be cute and my favorite trope is the jock and the nerd (which is why I ship rainbow and twilight) but I also kinda hope she repairs her relationship with lapis but I am not lapis's biggest fan

And I hope she becomes a good anchor, friend, and sister to amethyst

And I think garnet would be the best role model for her

And she is so strong and has such a voice that she would be a great asset

She can not only lead well and tank but she can use her voice to get others to switch sides

I think steven will use his dream powers to give jasper closure and to calm her mind and help her turn back and by helping her I think she will be fixed and switch sides and she might be awkward and aggressive for a while and a tad racist from coming from a planet with such a hierarchy so at first she might not be the nicest to pearl

But like Peridot I think pearl will change her mind

I think since they have that ruby ship now they can round up the rubies trapped in space and jasper can charm them into switching sides and she can go back to homeworld as a spy to

She is quite the important piece

But yeah I love the idea of jasper being with pearl
I think they can help eachother alot
Both old war hero's though from different sides
They can understand eachother and help eachother

On a side note they can take this chance to make a believable lesson addiction (fusion) and ptsd (the war and The shattering of pink diamond) and how to handle someone suffering the way jasper most likely will be

All I all she has great story telling potential

Not to mention all insight she has on homeworld she's current state and society

You know if I can live in any fictional universe I would wanna live in the steven universe one

Even though the gems are currently seen as an aggressive race

The fact that there is a race of lesbian sentient rock aliens that can and might love a human is fun to think about at night

What would it be like to have a giant immortal alien woman like jasper to fall inlove with you

Thoughts that they can take me away from this world to a place where I would be happy and accepted is always fun to think about

Could also be the drugs talking
