Nice little muffins with chocolate chip goodness

Recipe:

Makes around 8 medium sized muffins


2 eggs
100 grams acacia honey
50 gram soft brown sugar
100 grams butter
80 grams water
1 tsp salt
150 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of graham flour
30 grams vanilla sugar
2 tsp baking powder
120 grams dark chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 200c (392f)
Whisk the eggs, sugar and honey well. Add water and butter and mix until even.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth then add the chocolate chips and fold into the batter.
Fill baking cups 3/4th's of the way, bake in the middle of the oven for 20-24 minutes
