So I put this together waaaaay back in December and went to CA to try and get a serious look at my art. I got a lot of helpful crits (which some might say I completely ignored). To be honest, I don't understand light source. I don't even think it's possible to change my art to a point where I can because I just don't have the patience with it. I am at least honest with myself there.

I didn't post anymore on CA because at the time, my family was going through a rough patch which we are just now getting out of.

So anyway, I hadn't posted anything in a while, and I wanted to put this out there for anyone who's interested. I took a base color (brown) and colored the individual pieces with it. Someone said "you should color the whole of it first and then refine it, not just each piece, it will give you a better idea of shading." I don't even know how to do that, but here's my attempt.
