I've never felt so at home. <3
OGAWD LOOK, I ACTUALLY DID A BACKGROUND AND OBJECTS
AND IT DOESN'T LOOK COMPLETELY MISERABLE.
Holy fuck, I feel proud right now.
I never ever do backgrounds (well, nice and traditional ones anyway)
but the way the normal character sketches looked, it begged to be drawn.
Soooooooo.
It's Christian and Jadey.
in Jade's bedroom. that's all pink and cute and girly. <3
and look, he's got a Spot poster on his wall.
(Cause he used to have a Spot fetish way back when) xD
and those hearts are like...wall art. or decorative lamps.
or whatever you want them to be. lol.
But uh. yeah. i love this.
except the fact my fucking scanner murdered the colour.
the sky outside is supposed to be brighter. D:
(note to self - get gray, light blue, and tan markers)

Awwwwh~... The colours are so bright and amazing. x3 I love how this turned out. =) Keep up the wonderful work! ^^ I'm eager to see what else you end up coming up with. I think the reason I liked this one was the style of shading you used on this one. It's different for some reason, but it really worked out, for how subtle it looks. Bright colours, subtle shading. It all worked out so nicely. =) I like how you use the thick marker around characters. It adds a neat effect to the overall picture. Keep it up! ^^

yes, i'm trying a new style of shading with my markers; the flat colour of marker, then shade (usually just crosshatching) with a darker shade of the same colour with a coloured pencil.
it's working very well i think, i just wish they showed up better on here!
