There is! <3 It’s hinted at (admittedly, kinda poorly) in my earlier stories. I’m rewriting from the ground up for a more cohesive narrative now though.
But yeah, long story short, Lucidum was born male, and was cursed to become female (and super horny...and stretchy-womb....and kinda milfy) by a trickster god.
