Like the tourist on the street of New York, asking a passing violinst;
"Hey! Buddy! How do you get the Carnegie Hall?"
The violinist replied: "Practice, my boy, LOTS of Practice!"
So, get out you pencil and paper, tablet and stylus, or whatever, and start drawing. Even if you don't know how, start drawing. Look on YouTube for instruction, practice techniques, practice styles, practice doing simple exercises, practice, practice, practice.
You don't think she just woke up one morning, and was this great of an artist, do you? She put time, and from her results, a LOT of time, into her work.

toddlergirl's 'Found' comic. Look at page one, started five or six years ago, and then look at the last couple of pages. There is a lot of practice between those two pages, and a lot of improvement for her. Wen is no different, no artist is.

She practices her craft, a lot! No artist just comes out and is as good as Wen is, I don't know for how long, but she's been doing this for a while now, it shows.
The Found comic shows, in a period of four years or so, how another artist has improved her skills and abilities by practicing her craft, and how much better she's gotten, and continues to get.

It was sort of a rhetorical question. XD I was admiring Wen's art, and rhetorically asking how it's always so adorable. It was a compliment in the form of a question, really.
I'm very much aware of how much work and practice it takes to achieve something of this quality, however despite Wen's quality being amazing that wasn't really what I was talking about. I was referring to the adorableness of the drawing itself, the feelings of adorable fluffiness that come from Wen's work! Not so much referring to quality. xD
