Turns out the Russian capital is not a frozen wasteland all the time(well, almost), and sometimes its the perfect weather to go up on the roof and enjoy the view of a glass megapolis. Especially if the shark girl that you've been crushing on invited you on a date herself~

She certainly would be an interesting dating candidate, too bad I don't know much about her or I could say more in that department!
And I think the perfect view to admire would be her in that picture and not the city

Philo's admiration of the skyline shifted towards his date, Nika, upon hearing her response. He glanced at her and smiled at the sly response as she leaned against the corner railing. His reply was to move closer to her, placing his hands on the railing on opposite sides of her, effectively pinning her in the corner, as he stared into her bluish eyes.
"The 'view' here is lovely...and worth the climb..." he said, putting emphasis on the word 'view' as his eyes wandered towards her slender neck, toned abs, rocking legs and seductive tailfin before moving them back up to her alluring eyes and resuming his words.
"...unless..." he continued, while leaning further into her. "...you know of a better 'view' than this?"
