Been meaning to work on a new suit for a while now. Finally got the gumption up to get started. Fortunately, I had a cheap balaclava and a sale on foam at JoAnn's. The cast of my head was made a while ago and has been following me around as I move. When I got into my new place, I dug it and the foam out and got to work.

I'll be posting more pictures as the process continues, in case anyone had any comments or questions. I'm doing a very basic bucket-head build and will likely be fumbling my way through the process so feel free to chime in.
