Thaddius Getting His PA State Inspection
A good friend of mine who happens to be a Subaru enthusiast, and also work at a shop about 50 miles from my town offered to inspect Thaddius for me and pass him as long as there was nothing majorly wrong. Aside from a janky right front CV axle and a rather bad oil leak due to a bad oil pan seal, he is fit for PA roads. Luckily, my county is emissions exempt, so all I had to pass was safety. WOO!
I will be fixing the oil pan seal as soon as FelPro sends me a new gasket.

I ran into a guy at the local Walmart with a Hawkeye STI. Engine sounded like a diesel. I told him it needed oil. He popped the hood, and I grabbed the dipstick. Bone dry. He said it would be fine until he got it to his tuner. I insisted he get oil, but he just shrugged it off. 20 bucks says it blew up later that night... Sad to see such a nice car treated so poorly.
LMAO, thats so upsetting. friend of mine has an e30 325ix leaking power steering fluid and gas with no ac and a power steering belt that's probably about 10 years old, as well as frame damage (no idea how he got a clean title on that thing..). but its okay because its an e30. before he got his e30, he drove a 2010 element that wouldnt go above 40mph and 2k rpm, told him it was his torque converter.. he broke down on the highway literally 30 min later. hes known for car troubles.
