Have you ever had a moment(s) where you can't get your thoughts in order? They race around your mind in ever faster speeds and its all you can do to just sit and breathe?

Or when you can't shut up your internal critic, doubter, or recurring destructive negative thoughts? Where a simple "SHUT UP" doesn't silence them.

When such moments are upon me, I have found the only thing that quiets the "noise" in my head is music. Sometimes any will do. But when I need to drift away and fall into another world, 'Any Other Name' by Thomas Newman is the piece that pierces the clamor of thoughts.
