Leaning back in his chair the Air Marshall chuckled to himself as he watched the battered ship fail in its attempt to jump to warp through the main screen, “Tell the Darts to break off from the fleet and pursue the righteous Indignation.”
His fingers reached down and picked up a juice fly from a bowl built into his chair. Looking it over her smiled, “Bred to be so large they cannot fly… and with no way to escape they struggle and squirm helplessly before I end it all with a single bite.” Looking back to the ship on the screen his fingers rolled the frantic fly. His gaze moving to the red planet below, “And without your wings Bucky O’Hare there’s no were for you to go until I put you out of your misery.”
Belting out a deep laughter the Air Marshall threw the fly into his open mouth and crunched down upon it.

Cool, though he doesn't look quite as mean as he did in the show. ^_^;;
ooh, there is one that i can think of. Mimi LaFloo, a female fox who (sadly) only appeared in one or two episodes. If you can find an image of her, she'd be an interesting one to do.
Short of her I'd say maybe a upgraded form of Blinky the robot or maybe the main villain of the series, the AI program Komplex (he did have a robotic bod in the last episode as I recall). Another might be the other felines like Jenny from her home planet, or the Corsair Canards who were the pirates Deadeye belonged to. I can think of a few others, but those are the ones off the top of my head. ^_^;; Hope some of that might help a little...

Yes. But my point being Al never actually hunts down anyone, which is what being a bounty hunter entails (i.e., hunting someone with a bounty on them). He just takes just involving espionage.
However, methinks that thanks to a certain jetpack-wearing villain from the Star Wars films, "bounty hunter" has become a catch-all term for all kinds of mercenaries, whether they actually hunt bounties or not.

Well...Unfortunately I'm unable to find anything past the tragically short American comic, but apparently there was more to it overseas, in Britain I believe is where it originated.
What happened is that after Willy's parents shut off the machine that allowed him to return to his own world, he ends up getting trapped in the Aniverse. He grows up of course, and ends up as a man, filling out the Berserker Baboon suit finally and becoming a rugged space hero who ends up romantically involved with Jenny.
Unfortunately, the comic was created back in the late 70's, so I can't find any real reference of this on the internet, and Neal Abram's own site won't sell the later comics here, much to my frustration. If I can find any further info I'll pass it along.

Willy's age, I forget what it is exactly. But he's in elementary school in the show, even though he mingles with older kids including some obvious teenagers (however Tris tells me that they have schools that are K through high school out there, plus Willy is a genius so he might have advanced several grades). I am pretty sure he's drastically underaged. Not that this has stopped some people from involving him in porn.

The mouse sent the whole crew to a plane of existence where "the food is bad and the taxes are high"

As for #6, you know me... I'm for Al Negator! Guy's practically the Boba Fett of the Buck O'Hare-verse! But then again, there was also the TV series' Mimi LaFloo, Vixen Slave to the Toads turned Mammal Frigate Captain, and owner of the ship, "The Screaming Mimi". It's a chance to show busy fox femmes in uniform. :D

Well the first one I did was Bucky since I've got one of the figures on my desk.
Toadborg I went with the toy version over the TV version since it's more imposing I think.
Also I've found some really good sites that had nice pictures of the toys. Sadly I've not been able to get very good screen grabs.
