He's a very tall, thin ice dragon, who moves in a graceful, ballerina-like fashion, who possesses the usual ice powers, and will freeze the ground and figure skate around, giving his sleek and graceful figure, and fights with a long Ice sabre.

lore-wise dragons in Scurvy tails are the most rare, wealthy and Strongest of all Born species, being loved by everyone near and far, there are very few dragons to be found, (as there mostly in inbred species, or they just mate with high class lizards, either way there rare af and all live in a remote island society)

Ryuma's whole motivation is that he doesn't like this view of him, he wants to be recognized as someone who's a swordfighting hero and someone who achieved greatness, rather than being born into greatness

This guy on the other hand, loves all the attention, sitting with fans on his lap laughing in public, focusing frequently on his appearance and soaking up attention like a celebrity, essentially being an opposite to ryuma.
