yes~♥ He is a Gurella soldier. He is a bit 'dangerous' so when he chose Iris as his partner she agreed to signing a contract that he made that lets her know of all the things she's accepting for being with him~
One of those things she agreed to was his 'daze moment' he'd go into. It's a literal 'trance fight mode' he transfers to when he experiences immense pain or is fighting~ During this time when he's in his trance....he isn't liable for what will happen because he literally has no control of it when he goes into that mode.
So Iris knew this would be a result that would occur and she agreed to being with him
