Ok so I have a question. My DAD (Hurricane) is made up of two other dutchies that ran from Paradise. She never saw paradise and her "parents" never lost their rings. (The became hurricane before the rings where taken) am I allowed to draw her parents with said rings?

If I understand what you're saying correctly, if the 'parents' became Hurricane, then technically they lost their rings when Paradise closed to the DutchAD's. No matter if they ran away from Paradise or not, the same thing still applies for all DutchAD's. They didn't have to fall from Paradise alone to lose their muzzle ring markings, it simply was like a flick of the wrist, ability is gone. So, even though they had the muzzle rings when running from Paradise, they most likely didn't have it for very long once Paradise cast out everyone else.

To answer your question, the 'parents' can still be depicted with muzzle rings, but when Hurricane was made, Hurricane probably lost the ability to create the muzzle ring marking by default if the war has ended and Paradise has cast out the rest of the DutchAD's when they hatched.

not really a new rule she had permission from telephone aka mamaphone
to show the muzzle rings on older hatchlings that had them before they got cast from paradise

but still if you're allowed to have a young dragon with a ring everyone can make a *youngster*

These artworks are to depict before or after war. Like a snapshot in their life. This is in no way a 'rule', but moreso a way for others to have something to show for what their DutchAD USED to look like if they were 'born' before the war. Because you know, people have backstories for their characters, wouldn't it be nice to know how the DutchAD USED to look like before?
