Gah, I love the design of this fellow... He's SO freaking cute, especially with those spats over his chubby footpaws! Great job with the outfit and the pose, Rodney :) He's got a great sense of weight and movement to him, and that tilting top hat gives an extra sense of momentum. Excellent job!
