Kenshi (written 剣士 in kanji; it literally means "swordsman") is the Critters' resident stern-faced warrior and recycling expert - his blades are there to cut junk apart into tiny pieces so it can be sent back to Flicker or Jette to be melted down and given new life. He's a pacifist otherwise; he never raises a blade against another Critter, and spends much of his free time either meditating beneath a waterfall or leading a small group of other Critters in calisthenic exercises.
