I've been journaling daily for the past 4 months and part of that writing process has been to write 3 things I am grateful for each morning. Pictured above is my new handmade journal.

I'm going to share those three things I'm grateful for along with a 20 min speed paint each morning Mon-Fri. Today I just decided to share my inside cover sketch for my new day planner.
This practice has benefited me artistically as well as emotionally. My hope is that by sharing this, you guys can feel some of those good vibes too
