Tech-Rilla is a super intelligent inventor who is able to invent almost anything for any situation given if he has the right data and materials. Kind, smart, and all around nice guy to be around he is liked for what he does to protect those in need. Other then gadgets, Tech also knows how to fight with a few moves but also has the unique ability to learn how something works or is made by literally eating it, which comes in handy when he needs to dispose of a villains super weapon and even though it does make things easier and quicker to figure stuff out, he still prefers the old fashion way as he calls it and just take if apart.
