The book is "The Aerish: Griffons in My Little Pony". You see, the ancient name for Ireland is Éire, and the word for an eagle's nest is aerie, so I've concluded that griffons (at least in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic) have a very Irish-like society.

To start off the interior of the book, Rabbi Tom offered a piss drunk (as opposed to pissed off, her more usual state) Gilda the Griffon.
