This devious megalomaniac here is as dangerous as she is green. Anice Fon Lorelei is a no-good schemin arch villainess who plans one day to rule the world under a finned fist, or at least all of the world's riches. She came from a nice isolated little lake of mer-people, cut off from the rest of the world in their deep sunken society. She learnt what greed was due to people dumping old antiques in the lake as a quick way to dispose of things. Learning of such things as "material goods," Anice decided to break away from her people to steal everything that caught her eye. Which means anything.
So beware of your possessions, collectibles, necessities, or even yourself if you're a looker! She's after the big haul!
