This is a commission for http://iamgodzillayourjapan.deviantart.com/ Iamgodzillayourjapan It took a VERY long time to finish this piece and she was very patient and a dream to work with while she waited for me to complete it. I enjoyed working with this piece very much, I've never worked with a city scene like this before and from her description it provided me with a lot of different creative challenges which I was very much up for :dance:

If it's not clear enough, he's just broken through the window of his hotel greenhouse. Someone or something has intruded on his territory and he's not wasting anytime finding out who that someone or something is ;). I wanted it to look somewhat like the cover to a comic book.

I'll be uploading some detailed close ups to scraps later. Over all I'm very proud of this one and probably if not the largest, surely one of the largest pieces I've done to date =). Everything was painted from scratch except the glowing bugs and the clouds in the back which are brushes from http://redheadstock.deviantart.com/ redheadstock.
