Okay, last stupid title, I promise.

At this point I'd added some padding for the primitive chin and building out the sides. I'm going to add additional foam to the cheeks and try to make a bit of a wedge head look. I'll probably have to add a little more above the cheek and behind the eye to round it out but it's still in the very rough stages at this point.
