Looks like Wiki found yet another rubbery goopy puddle~ And of course he just had to step a foot in it to see what would happen. He wasn't quite expecting the transformation to happen so quickly, but it looks like the new shiny squeaky Arcanine is quite content with his new rubbery body, particularly the big canine paws~ He can change back out of this form at any time he wants, too, just so long as no one manages to catch him with a Pokeball... ;3
