One day while Mary Ann was visiting her mother Eliot at the family farm, they had decided to go out to the nearby river to do a little fishing. Unfortunately Pearl and Miyuki were swimming by and had gotten caught by the mother and daughter, though while Miyuki got caught by a net, Pearl was lucky enough to have only some fabric she liked caught by the hook.
