powers: skullbot army(yeah hes sorta my version of dr eggman but hes more smarter), skull mech(his favorite mech which theme on skull), hypnosis(he loves to do hypnosis to make allies turn against each other which he loves to do), gun gauntlets( even out of his mech he can use gun gauntlets to face foes while punch he shoots also like a shot gun and has infinite ammo), doubleganger skullbots(skullbots that can turn into their opponites coppies their powers, skills, but the flaw is that their weakness is also copied so heroes beware)

weakness: ladies(hes a sucker for women no matter what race as long as its curvy, cute, or hot any pretty lady is good enough for him), hypnosis breaking(he really hates rebels even freedom fighters, the umbra platoon, in fact all heroes but not anti-heroes their unexpected and always carry a laser blade cause of doublecross), j the toon( prof skull is the 2nd arch enemy of mine and really despise me for being a goozian a being of the undead and able to be rubber and prof skull's issue with me is that im not just the leader but like sonic destroying eggbots i destroy skullbots so hes vow to end my heroic career like eggman vows to destroy sonic ), competition(since their more villains and skull wants to rule the galaxy but now relizes theres a multiverse so he wants to do that to but he has to destroy the competition but if they want a alliance he will pretend to be their partner till he backstabs them cause hes a smart and evil bad guy)
