Yes, they were very playful - and brave, not afraid of the crows that arrived at feeding time, or the red ball they got to play with, and even brave enough to take the biggest piece of food and ran off from their own mother, if any other hyenas had dared to do that she'd have gone mad, but since they're so young they're allowed everything. ^^
