During my vacations, I got inspired by a cat I have seen in the alleys of Saint-Malo (Brittany), and the initial vague idea shaped during some cidres in a bar ornamented with ancient Chinese weaponry. I wanted to create a strong, potent female character without any Mary Sueish tropes, and here is Maclou - that is a male name, yet Maclou hardly got anything feminine about her. Hopefully she will receive positive reactions by my respected audience.
