This is an improvised firearm that was created by Dr. Herregods, while he was in prison under Phoenix Legacy custody. He was in court in 2013 for the Cyber Attack he launched against the entire world with the exception of the early Mettaurian Empire, and the United States turned him in for deaths of thousands. Despite his long stay in the prison, the security knew he would continue to be trouble, and they were right. Herregods created the Prisoner of War Lock-breaker, to hack key locks for his cell door and other locked corridors. This weapon is not meant for combat, by the statistics for its power, but a point-blank shot to the face is enough to injure someone.
