Woo! The final member of Team Asphalt's finished! :D Once again, art is by
bittenhard whose arts you should go and watch and love and hug! Seriously, go to their page like, right now! And favorite their version of this piece! <3
So! This is Genelle the Murkrow, a biker babe through and through and the HNIC when it comes to Team Asphalt. Yep, she's the leader, and she ain't afraid to letcha know about it!
Genelle got pushed around when she was little. She was always a bit fatter than the other boys and girls, and was called names for it. Being the butt of everyone's jokes usually turns someone into a quiet wallflower, but one day she hit a realization. She was growing up and growing out, and was becoming big in a whole new way--and I'm not just talkin' about her bustline, either!
Genelle had figured out that she was becoming a lot stronger, and decided that she'd use that to her advantage. The next day she went to school, she started to get the usual crap from the bullies--and she lashed out with a tongue like a dagger and a weapons-grade vocabulary. The boys were stunned and couldn't stop her foot from slamming between their legs, and the girls didn't see the slaps coming. Pretty soon, she'd established herself as head honcho at her school, becoming active in volleyball, baseball, and even the wrestling team, demolishing her opponents and trashtalking them down.
It didn't take long for her to get into trouble, but her parents were excited. Their baby girl had earned a whole new set of wings, and it was time she flew like never before. Rather than send her to a military school or something, they signed her up for the PCA; it was tough on them, but they knew it'd be the best choice for her. She was excited, too; it meant that /nobody/ would mess with her.
She found the other members of Team Asphalt and quickly joined their team. She'd never been interested in motorcycles before, and doesn't own one; she sits in a sidecar next to Blake. She dresses the part though, rather liking the way the clothing looks on her.
Genelle doesn't mess around. She tells the other members of Team Asphalt what to do, and they do it. The fact that she's pretty calculating is only one reason why they listen to her; the other is that they'll get smacked if they cop an attitude with her! She doesn't let anyone challenge her authority, acting bossy sometimes.
She cares about the others, though; she's a big mother hen. She watches out for the boys, and almost has to fight with Frank to show up first when Mel gets picked on. It's bad news if a giant shark shows up 'cuz you've picked on his buddy, but it's even worse when Genelle shows up, since she'll be kicking groins and shouting words that don't sound like obscenities, but boy do they feel offensive anyways!
Genelle's position in fights is usually to fly above the ring, well out of the way, and direct the others. She's the one who struggles with Blake to get him to focus on more than one person, the one who tells Frank who to stand in front of. This can make her a target for the other teams, but she'll usually fly towards another member of her own team, yelling loud enough to get their attention and focus on them instead. This isn't to say she isn't capable of defending herself; she's a big girl, and can wallop anyone who thinks they can smack her around. She knows she's more useful in a leadership position, is all; she's not as tough as Frank, powerful as Blake, or clever as Mel.
