These fold flat to be taken -anywhere- to dry your precious fursuit heads. Clean suits last longer!! (Smell better)
The USB version is universally easy to find power for, and totally portable via USB battery sticks. Spray in some antimicrobial in your head after suiting, and let the fan gently dry it between sets or overnight. Not so loud as to disturb your roomies either.

Yeah, that was why USB, though initially a bit limited, was chosen.
Trying to supply both 120 and 240V versions added another $10 for the external power supplies, and then shipping size/weight went up too.
Overall, yeah, USB was more cost effective, especially now that we landed a custom fan supplier near my Husbands home town :D
