looks good, so far. :) I like the "This city is runs red with the blood of the innocent" in blood thing. I would lighten up the Cityscape Title a bit. It's a bit hard to read.

Ah, ok. I'll work on it! ^_^ Although, I wanted to blur the grey and the red together at the bottom of the city. :/

Yeah, that's what I tried to do, as well. I wanted it to really seem like you were looking through a drop of blood.
