okay, so believe it or not, this is vent art! This is a revamp of motley to show his personality more, the other drawing just lacked it!!
I've had this charater for quite sometime (one fo my first "refs", actually or at least offical chars, almost a year ago now!) can't stress enoguh, had his design for a while.. ahem..
ANYWHO, he means alot, especially right now. I think his picture says it all, lol. He's usually the undoing of Io, what sets her off. she loves him and hates him and is usually the one she ends up beating up on, channeling all of her rage into!!
I hate putting collars on characters, to me, it gives the impression that they're OWNED by someone, like, if Io had a collar, she would belong to someone? don't think so, lol! so obviously, this one is significant, not sure if I'm gonna keep the chain or not!

anywho, point is, need to get him out there before I went crazy, hopefully this will lessen the anxiety I've been feeling!!
