Yeah, some relationships go beyond romance or sex.

I'm reminded of the relationship between Modesty Blaise and Willie Garvin (from the stories and serial newspaper comics by Peter O'Donnell). Despite Willie being a lady's man and Modesty having no problems with nudity or sex, they never did it with each other. To Willie's thinking, that would mess up their dynamic.

"Wiped each others' butts"? I bet there's a story there. The question is, do I really want to hear that story?
