This is Skrawl. A genderless, indistinguishable character. Originally to be used in a color theory projects involving several members of the species in a colorful orgy, the idea was scrapped by the creator, because the design was too big for the limited space.
And so Skrawl was shoved back into the sketchbook... to await the day when it could be used.
