This is my sister's OC. We spent a few hours with KP-Shadow Squirrel (who made the head) as we began making the body. We had the most fun making the stable suit and then adding various leather armor, and leather belts like the ones in FO4. We gave her a metal armguard in akin to Kellog's armguard (Shit I spoiled the game already).
Anyways My sister was drawing the concept based from her FO4 character of the same name... Who soon got ponified and tossed around a bit on the concept table and then accepted as the anthro you see.

To tie her in simply in the head canon can be summed up in three words. DLC :D.
