Dakota can fight but she is usually very passive, you would have to do something REALLY bad to get her to fight and when she does, it's generally very fast paced attacks or lots of projectiles...and deadly.
But again, you would have to purposefully hurt or kill her friends or something though to get that sort of reaction.
