Nicely done, but trying to imagine how any sensible person wouldn't wonder (even if this horse somehow had the physiology of a bullfrog), why the dragon wouldn't have shredded the equine to bits with tooth and claw before it could be swallowed, or why it wouldn't be tearing its guts apart during its internal struggles. I guess it needs a story explaining that the dragon really wanted to be turned into pudge and road apples, and had itself defanged and declawed just to prevent it from slaughtering the horse in case it changed its mind, as the image suggests. Magic? Hypnotism? Simply overt silliness?
