I think I was thinking of the demonology entry, which has her as the example Demon. The only reference I can find to her name is in a character meme where it was listed as "Elyza Soulcruncher", but I'm not sure if that's still canon. We don't really know enough demons in DMFA proper to know if their surnames always follow that theme.
