The Crystalphos is a living, parasitic crystal formation that grows deep underground in the mines of the Anthronican colony known as Drolomier. The Anthronican's, a race of space-faring aliens that Loki belongs to, are the current host of the Crystalphos, and will stay that way for many eons The Crystalphos take over it's prey with toxic gasses that choke and kill the victim, before crystals begin to grow inside the corpse, eventually consuming all organic tissue until all that is left is a being of pure, living crystal, that breaths parasitic poison. Althrough they sound extremely dangerous, the Crystalphos are peacefull, and usually wear containment masks to keep from killing and assimilating their friends.

Icthis is the leader of the Crystalphos, in link with the telepathic 'queen' of the Crystalphos, known as 'The Expanse'
