it says closed species on the sheet but they are actually an open species, dunno why i made them closed. ill make guidelines on making one at some point. its midnight

rhugin (singular form is rhugien) are a race of large, magical beasts, leonine in appearance. they are intelligent, but not particularly sociable, keeping to family. they have an excellent sense of sight, with 5 color receptors instead of 3 as humans have. their sense of smell is negligable, as is their sense of taste, however they have a sense something like telepathy, tasting the thoughts and feelings that have been left in places to track their prey. their hearing is comparable to that of a human.
they speak with mechanical creaks and rasps, and deep, bellowing roars. when imitating human language their voices sound metallic and their tone monotonous.
