So the fact of the matter is that Avery has two hair colors: pink and purple. Depending on her mood (rather my mood haha). And depending on the specific emotion the vibrancy either lessens or intensifies (saturation, darkness, lightness).

<3 Like when she sees her husband, her purple hair fades from calming purple to a pastel heart like pink because she loves him that much. And because she blushes and keeps it in her nose begins to smoke hahahaha.

'Lao gong' is an affectionate Chinese term for husband. (;
