He is the Stable Master working for the Horseshoes Family. He tends to their cart pulling stallions.
He is very large around 10ft in height. That is meant to be a saddle cutie mark and he is wearing a victorian type tie (Hoofsworth gave it him to make him look more professional).

Saddle Reigns has a dark orange coat, a bark brown mane and tail.
His stable ponies would be each color of the rainbow but muted.
