thats some pretty good inking you did ^-^
Now im curious though about which Doctor this is, cuz the Doctor from the first season was my favourite, and sadly to say, stopped watching it once he was gone (yes, im that much of a fanatic over actors/actresses X3)
But anyways, thats some nice inking. Im taking you used a program for it?

lol. actually on this pic i used GIMP, and i coulda used a mouse, i just made it really big and zoomed in and used the straight line thing and made the lines really short so it looks like not straight...line. and all you do is open what you want to ink and make a transparent layer on it and make lines
