I read through this whole comic and oh boy the first part was nice, and the second part is great so far too (love me some egg laying). I usually just lurk on here but I had to comment just for the building itself- did you use the Bennett College in Millbrook NY for reference, by any chance? It's literally the spitting image of that old building- I would recognize it anywhere, I drove past it on the way to school for 15 years, haha. Just thought that was a funny coincidence, I knew the building looked familiar. (I wish it had a transformation-magic witch living inside, but it's too structurally unsound to get near.)

Keep up the great work with the comic though, I love your art! :D
