I have been needing a new ref for him for a long time now since so much changed, and Neltruin was more than happy to oblige!

This ref is as canon as possible, anatomy, size, etc are all according to canon as much as it can be, about 99% accurate overall!

Some info that isn't present on the ref:

- Balthazar was born and raised with his brother Belial on the Eastern lands, during the very end of the North's attack and razing of those areas.
- His family was murdered when his town was attacked, and him and his brother fled to the local forests, the only place they knew was safe.
- The forests produce this haze of Miasma, like a invisible fog of gasses, that distort and act upon the mind over a period of time, and it's a VERY dangerous place to be in since most plants and animals can kill a sergal easily, especially younglings
- By some miracle, they both survived, and after the war was over, they slowly migrated to Gold Ring, now on their teens.
- As you can imagine, such a long exposure to the miasma completely altered and disfigured their view and sense of the world.
- Balthazar's cunning, crazy, demented almost cruel and cold appreciation of things around him, and a appetite for the flesh of the living, is the consequence of being exposed for so long to such ambient.
- He currently work as a military strategist, sometimes frontliner himself in GR's army, since not much else could keep him entertained, or sane, enough to enjoy.
- His emotions are quite limited, he has the mind of a psychopath, unable to judge what his actions inflict on others, looking mostly to his own benefit.
- His personality, is the marriage of Hannibal Lecter with Heath Ledger's Joker, with a pinch of Captain's Barbossa's cunning mentality. That's the beast way I can explain how he thinks and acts
