a hero must face big challenges!!
........i was talking about the Blaziken doing that.
couldnt do much more with the background because something weird happened back there. well now i know what to watch out for.
so enjoy the start of the battle of titans because a generous writer wrote this.
The muscular stepped back cautiously, his eyes wide and muscles trembling in the wake of what stood before him: A Blaziken of immense, staggering height blocking his way. The bird-like Pokemon stared down at the far smaller jackal with piercing blue eyes, its massive clawed hands to its equally titanic waist. Every inch of its body was coated in thick, rippling muscularity, especially in regards to its proud pectorals, and bulging arms. But that wasn't to say it was small elsewhere, as the bird stood atop an impressive pair of muscular legs, each powerful pylon of might taller than the Lucario that stood before him. The jackal, while muscular in his own right, felt utterly dwarfed by the titan that stood before him. "Are you scared?" the Blaziken rumbled deeply.
Yes, yes he was scared. And yet, the smaller blue pokemon also felt a sense of appeal from his far larger opponent. He felt excitement mingling with his anxiety, and it was rapidly dwarfing those negative thoughts in its wake. He was excited and thrilled to stare down the large bird. "I'm not scared," the Lucario announced bravely, "as a hero must take on any challenge, no matter how big or daunting they may be!"
The Blaziken grinned, his enormous biceps bulging as he flexed them. Squatting down so he could even be level with the puny Lucario, the bird pokemon smiled. "Then show me the strength of a hero. Show me... everything that you have" he requested as he stood at his full height.

I enjoy just how broad the lucario's back is! The back certainly is challenging to draw, but the width and thickness of it is conveyed very well here. I've not tried drawing backs myself, and I really should try my hand on it too someday.
The texture of the blaziken's body and feathers is done so well!
