I guess I'm kind of confused here. Does her collar have a pillow in it and she's sleeping on the pillow in the collar?
Without reading your commentary first, I thought that maybe it was more like a cat thing, where cats love boxes, bowls, or anything smaller than them to get into.
I'm guessing her collar is what she's sleeping in/on.
